Refund Policy
SIS Infotech offer a full refund policy, which means in case an order isn't fulfilled within a period of thirty days from the order payment date, we reimburse you all of what you have been charged. In this case the due amount will be refunded to the originating credit card bank account. Registered shipments are traceable. In almost every case of a missing package (which is very rare), we find that customs detained the consignment. Should this happen, you will get a letter of notice from the customs or your post office. On receipt of a copy of this letter by fax or e-mail, we will ship the order a second time around without any cost to you. If there is no such notification from customs and the Consignment did not arrive within 28 days after shipping out, you may ask for order tracking. If the tracking shows that the shipment got lost in postal transit or was delivered to a wrong address, we will ship the order again free of cost.
